Ludlow names building for $1.5M benefactors

LUDLOW — This town will honor late residents William and Phyllis Agan — the latter who bequeathed $1.5 million to more than a dozen local charities — by dedicating a Main Street building to them.

The old armory garage that now houses Black River Good Neighbor Services will be named after the couple, the town Select Board voted unanimously this week.
